3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for all shipments and service requests.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations related to your shipments.
• Properly package and label all goods in accordance with industry standards and our guidelines.
• Not ship prohibited or restricted items as defined by law or First Priority Courier's policies.
• Be responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees incurred on your shipments.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be outlined in your specific service agreement or quote. All payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

First Priority Courier will exercise reasonable care in providing its services. However, our liability for loss, damage, or delay to any shipment is limited as follows:

• For domestic shipments, liability is limited to $0.50 per pound or $50 per shipment, whichever is greater, unless additional declared value coverage is purchased.
• For international shipments, liability is governed by international conventions (e.g., Warsaw Convention, Montreal Convention for air freight) or specific agreements, and is often limited.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits, income, or business opportunities) arising from any cause whatsoever.

Customers are encouraged to purchase adequate insurance coverage for their shipments, especially for high-value goods.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless First Priority Courier, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of First Priority Courier or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
